Returns & Exchanges

Since we are a make-to-order brand, each piece is lovingly handcrafted only after your order is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to offer general returns or exchanges.

That said, we’re always here to help if something isn’t right. Returns or exchanges are considered only in the cases below and are issued as a credit note.


When can a return or exchange be requested?

Damaged Items

We take great care in quality checks before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please inform us within 5 working days of receiving the order

  • An unboxing video is required to help us assess the issue

  • Once approved, a full credit note will be issued

  • Kindly note: returns cannot be accepted for colour variations, fabric texture, or handcrafted details, as these are natural to handmade garments


Incorrect Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Reach out to us at +91 9569231012 with your order number, name, and clear images 

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Once we receive and verify the incorrect item, we’ll send you the correct one

  • If the original item is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note instead


About Credit Notes

  • Credit notes are valid for 365 days from the date of issue

  • They can be used for any future purchase, online or with assisted ordering

  • Credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Only one credit note may be used per order


A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • We do not offer monetary refunds

  • Sale items, customised pieces, or altered garments are not eligible

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Requests raised after the mentioned timelines may not be accepted
