At The Ann Studio, we take pride in offering made-to-order womenswear, meticulously handcrafted by our skilled artisans. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Prices & Payments

We reserve the right to revise prices at any time before accepting an order. In certain cases, prices may be updated after order acceptance due to external factors such as government regulations, customs duties, shipping cost fluctuations, foreign exchange variations, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, you will be notified, and you will have the right to cancel your order. All purchases require a one-time payment, which can be made via Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express, PayPal, or other secure online payment methods. All payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If payment authorization is not received, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery of your order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As a made-to-order brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item falls under the following conditions:

• Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 5 working days of receipt. After verification, a full credit note will be issued. Items cannot be returned due to minor color variations, handwork differences, or change of preference.
• Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item different from your original order, contact us with your order details. We will dispatch the correct item once the incorrect one is returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us, and we will schedule a free pickup. We highly recommend recording a video or taking pictures while unboxing your order. Once we receive the item, it will undergo a quality check, and if approved, a replacement will be shipped within 10 days. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and receipts intact. The Anna Studio reserves the right to reject returns if any packaging or tags are missing.

Refunds & Credit Notes: We do not offer cash or online refunds. Instead, all approved returns will be processed via a credit note, valid for 365 days from the date of issuance. This credit note can be used for future purchases on our online store.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you wish to modify your order, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund in the form of a credit note. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted. No cash or online payment refunds will be provided for cancellations; only a credit note will be issued, valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
